ZemarisTerms of Use

These terms apply to the Velocity by Zemaris software ("Velocity"), its browser extension and the zemaris.com website. By installing or using Velocity, you agree to them.
1. Licence
Velocity comes with a 30-day free trial with all features. After the trial, you need a paid plan (Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime) to keep using it. Each plan lets you use Velocity on the number of PCs shown when you buy it. Zemaris grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Velocity on those devices. You may not sell, rent, or redistribute Velocity, or remove its copyright notices, without our written permission. Velocity and the Zemaris name and logos remain the property of Zemaris.
2. Your responsibility
Velocity is a general-purpose download tool. You are solely responsible for what you download and how you use it. Only download content you have the right to download, and follow the copyright laws of your country and the terms of each website you use. Do not use Velocity to infringe copyright or for any unlawful purpose.
3. Third-party software
Velocity includes open-source components, including yt-dlp (Unlicense), aria2 (GPL-2.0, shipped as a separate program) and FFmpeg (installed separately). Each is covered by its own licence.
4. Updates
Velocity may download updates to itself and to its video engine automatically to keep working correctly and securely.
5. No warranty
Velocity is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that it will work with every website or be free of errors.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zemaris is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Velocity.
7. Plans, renewal and refunds
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, Velocity keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime plans are paid once. Business plans are for commercial use on the agreed number of PCs; other plans are for personal use only.
If you're not happy, email admin@zemaris.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Prices and any taxes are shown at checkout.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Velocity after a change means you accept the new terms.
