Refund policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
We want you to be happy with what you buy. Every plan starts with a free trial so you can try everything first. If it still isn't right for you, you can have your money back.
14 days, full refund
- Ask within 14 days of buying for a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.
- This covers Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime and Business plans bought on zemaris.com. For a subscription, it covers the first payment and each renewal payment, within 14 days of that payment.
- After 14 days we can't usually refund, but write to us anyway if something went wrong. We'll look at every case fairly.
How to ask
- Email admin@zemaris.com from the address you bought with, and include the order number from your receipt. Or
- Ask Paddle directly: open your receipt email from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net.
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so the money goes back through Paddle to the card or account you paid with, including any tax you paid. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
What happens to your key
When a purchase is refunded or charged back, its licence key stops working, on every PC. Files you downloaded or documents you saved are always yours and are not touched. If you want to keep using the app after a refund, the trial does not start again; you can buy a new plan at any time.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. If you cancel a Monthly, Yearly or Business plan, it stops renewing and the app keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. To cancel, use the link in your receipt email from Paddle, or email us. Want your money back as well? Ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment.
Velocity PDF in the Microsoft Store
Velocity PDF will be sold in the Microsoft Store. Purchases made in the Microsoft Store are refunded by Microsoft under Microsoft's refund policy, not by us. If you need help, write to us and we'll point you to the right place.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights under the consumer law of your country. It does not take any away.
