How do I pay?
By card or PayPal through our secure payment partner. We never see or store your card details. Your licence key is emailed to you straight away.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Velocity isn't right for you, email admin@zemaris.com within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
What happens when a Monthly or Yearly plan ends?
It renews automatically and you get a fresh key by email. If you cancel, Velocity keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I move Velocity to a new PC?
Enter your key on the new PC. If you've reached your plan's PC limit, email us and we'll free up a slot.
Can I upgrade from Yearly to Lifetime?
Yes. Email us and we'll take what's left of your Yearly plan off the Lifetime price.
Do you offer student or bulk discounts?
Business pricing starts at 5 PCs. For schools and students, get in touch.
